This book was originally printed in 1949. Much of the content had originally appeared over several years in articles in a Wigton Church magazine. The edition of the book that I possess was printed in 1992. There are a number of references in this book to George Moore of Whitehall including an entire chapter (around 13 pages) devoted to a condensed biography, largely a precis of Smile's work.
